Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what information dmvmocktest.com does and does not collect when you use the site.

No account, no personal data on our servers

dmvmocktest.com does not require account creation and does not store personal identifying information on a backend server. Basic quiz progress may be saved locally in your browser using localStorage.

What we store in your browser

To make the site useful, we save a small amount of non-personal information directly in your browser using localStorage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. It may include:

  • The state you last selected
  • Your recent practice test scores and pass/fail results
  • Which categories you tend to struggle with
  • Your preference for Practice Mode or Exam Mode
  • The date you last completed a test

You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, or by using the “clear progress” option where available. We never store your name, email, phone number, address, driver license number, government ID, or any payment data.

Contacting us by email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your information.

Cookies and analytics

We aim to keep the site lightweight and privacy-friendly. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is measured. We do not use tracking that identifies you personally.

Advertising

This site may display advertising in the future. If we work with an advertising partner such as Google AdSense, that partner may use cookies to serve relevant ads. When that happens, we will update this policy and provide the required disclosures and opt-out information. We will never place ads inside the active answer area of a quiz.

Third-party links

Our pages link to official government websites and other resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Children’s privacy

Many of our users are teenagers studying for a learner’s permit. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information by emailing us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Questions? Email us at achyuthkumar64@gmail.com.
