Editorial Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how we create and maintain the content on dmvmocktest.com. Our goal is simple: help real people pass their written driving test by giving them accurate, original, and genuinely useful study material.
Content is written to help DMV learners
Every page is written with the test-taker in mind, teens, new drivers, new residents, and the parents helping them. We favor plain language, practical examples, and explanations that teach the reasoning behind a rule, not just the answer.
Official sources are reviewed
When we state facts such as question counts, passing scores, permit ages, and required documents, we base them on the official state driver licensing agency’s published information. We link to those official sources so you can verify the current details yourself.
Our questions are original
Our practice questions and explanations are written in our own words as educational examples. We do not copy questions or text from official handbooks or other websites. The questions are designed to reflect the topics and style of the real exam, not to reproduce it.
Pages are updated when information changes
Driving rules and test formats change. We review our state pages and question banks periodically and after we learn of a change, and we display a “last updated” date on our content so you know how current it is.
We welcome and act on corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us. We review every correction report and update the affected content when a change is warranted. Email achyuthkumar64@gmail.com with the state and the specific question or fact.
No misleading content
We never design a page or button to make visitors believe this is an official government site, and we never use misleading links or fake download buttons. We are an independent study aid, and we say so clearly throughout the site.
